Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Digital solar meters can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or installed products may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if your return is approved.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately for a replacement. Exchanges for different models may be subject to price differences.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including: installed solar equipment, custom-configured products, items damaged by misuse, and products purchased more than 30 days ago.

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and refunds. Products under warranty may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. Contact our support team for warranty service.
